Amp, recently rebranded their bar in Stockport, it has quickly gained popularity as a vibrant entertainment bar. Located in the heart of the town, Amp offers a unique experience with its balcony seating area that provides a picturesque view of the historic Market Hall and St Mary's church. With a focus on live music performances by local bands on weekends and a thriving comedy club hosting diverse comedians throughout the week, Amp has successfully become a go-to destination for music and laughter in Stockport.
On the 26th of May 2023, Amp unveiled its fresh new identity to the community of Stockport. The bar underwent a rebranding process, which included a new logo, updated interior decor, and an enhanced focus on live entertainment. Amp has built a strong reputation for its impressive weekend line-up of live bands, showcasing talented local musicians spanning various genres such as rock, pop, jazz, and more.
We, The Binary Box, played a vital role in assisting Amp with their rebranding efforts. Our in-house graphic designer was provided with the logo and used their creative abilities and skills to develop captivating internal and external signage for the new bar.
We conceived a range of signage solutions for Amp, including vinyl window graphics, a large LED illuminating built-up sign, a custom light-up box with graphic, an acrylic light-up sign, a magnetic hanging menu board , and additional vinyl graphics in the toilets.
The standout signage piece for the bar is undoubtedly the large LED built-up sign. Drawing inspiration from a record, the design perfectly complements the music/rock bar ambiance. Our skilled team meticulously crafted this custom sign exclusively for Amp, ensuring its uniqueness and quality.
Let's not overlook the fact that the entire amp project was completed within a two-week timeframe, from design to production and installation. We were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to install it on the opening day. After completing the work, we were treated to a drink, allowing us to observe the new customers enjoying the bar and witnessing their reactions to the fresh signage.
