How To Gain The Trust of your Customers – A Case Study

We recently completed a large installation project for Immigration Advice Service in Oldham, Greater Manchester.

IAS are specialist immigration solicitors providing assistance to private and corporate clients with offices all over the world. Having recently moved in to new premises in Oldham, their first port of call for the refurbishment was The Binary Box and of course, we were at hand to plan the design and installation of graphics and signage at the premises to suit their needs.

The brief for the ground floor at Immigration Advice Service was to create a space which instilled a sense of trust in their services and enabled their customers to feel at ease in the premises. The space is the first area that customers and clients enter when visiting IAS and it was important to make a good first impression. The environment needed to feel secure and safe at what could be a potentially tough time for their customers, as well as showing empathy to a variety of nationalities.

We achieved this through the use of a range of images and wall graphics which reflected their diverse customer base. The images and colour schemes used on the wallpapers we installed were carefully selected, along with the wording to accompany them, as was the case with the inspirational quotations we installed.

The feedback we received from the client was that they were really pleased with the overall look and feel of the environment that we had created, not only for them and their staff to work in, but also as a space for their customers to feel safe and at ease.
